We are available to support you in our centers or via virtual services, but we also curated a number of resources that you may find helpful until we can meet. 

 

And remember, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not wait. Call 911 right away to get immediate help.

  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
    The 988 Lifeline is a national network that offers immediate, free and confidential support for people with thoughts of suicide, giving them the chance to connect with professionals from local crises centers. Simply dial 988 for help any time of day.

        Friends of the family offers professional group and individual counseling for child, adolescent, and            adult survivors of relationship violence, sexual assault, and childhood sexual abuse, child and                    adolescent (3-17 years) counseling for victims or witnesses of relationship violence. Emergency                  shelter for survivors of relationship violence and sexual assault.

  • Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
    SAMHSA provides information on treatment options for mental health and substance use disorders, including a national helpline.

 

  • National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
    NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization and offers extensive information on mental health conditions, support groups, and advocacy resources. Their helpline provides free, confidential support for people in distress. Text “helpline” to 62640 for support.

 

  • National Runaway Safe Line
    The National Runaway Safe Line is the national communication system for for youth at risk of running away un-homed youth, providing comprehensive crisis intervention for young people. Call 1-800-RUNAWAY for help.​

Eating Disorders

 

  • National Eating Disorders Association
    NEDA provides specialized support, resources and treatment options for individuals affected by eating disorders. Call 1-800-931-2237.

       Chrysalis is a 24-week intensive program that features 8 hours of therapy per week including: 2                 hours of psychoeducation/art therapy, 2 hours of therapeutic meals, 4 hours of group therapy,                   including private individual meetings with parents or partners at intervals as the client is ready. This         intensive group treatment program is designed for individuals who require additional care for                   eating disorders beyond the typical 1 to 3 hours of individual and group therapy per week. The                 program can be completed while continuing work or school. Additional services include                             individual, group therapy, family and couples’ therapy, dietary counseling and services for men.

      People over 60 qualify for a balanced daily meal on weekdays at 12pm. Meals need to be reserved        by 12pm the day before. Suggested donation for people over 60 is $1.50 and people under 60                may eat at center for $3.50 per meal.
